Acceptance of these terms

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Helix Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use, misuse, or handling of any product. Products are provided “as is” for research purposes, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
