Shipping Policy

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The outer label carries no product names, logos, or descriptions of the contents — only the information the carrier needs to deliver your package. Your privacy is part of the service.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping methods & rates

We currently ship within the United States only. At checkout you can choose from the following options:

• Standard — 1–3 business days in transit. A flat $12, and free on orders of $150 or more.
• Express — next business day delivery for orders placed before the daily cutoff. A flat $25.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the package leaves our facility, not at the time the order is placed.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. As soon as your package is handed to the carrier, we email you the tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for the carrier to register the first scan.

Lost or delayed shipments

Occasionally a carrier delay or mis-scan can hold up a package. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to support@dualhelixlabs.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute or refund packages returned to us or lost due to an address entered incorrectly, though we are happy to help you re-ship at the applicable rate.
